OSEP has rescheduled the July 21 to last only 1 hour, from 1-2 PM Eastern, so participants will be free to attend the OMB ARRA webinar that is scheduled immediately following.

Unfortunately there will not be time to address the Part C topic that had been planned. Our apologies to Part C staff who had registered.
For Part B, the topic, Excess Cost, is relevant to districts so please forward the information to district staff and invite them to register.
